Ingredients
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme or oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp salt
Optional: pinch of cayenne or smoked paprika for extra flavor
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels to remove moisture.
Mix spices in a small bowl and rub evenly over the chicken thighs.
Place chicken skin-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook another 10–12 minutes.
