- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Caramel sauce for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
- Slice apple into 12 thin wedges.
3️⃣ Assemble the Bites
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Brush dough with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place 1 apple wedge at the wider end of each triangle and roll tightly.
4️⃣ Bake
- Arrange on a baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Brush with more butter and sprinkle chopped nuts (optional).
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with caramel sauce or dust with powdered sugar.
