Description

These Apple Pie Bites are an easy and delicious twist on classic apple pie. Made with crescent roll dough, fresh apples, and a warm cinnamon-sugar mixture, they’re flaky, buttery, and packed with flavor. Perfect for a quick snack, party dessert, or an autumn treat!

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1 large apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), sliced into 12 wedges
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

  • Caramel sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

  • In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
  • Slice apple into 12 thin wedges.

3️⃣ Assemble the Bites

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  • Brush dough with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Place 1 apple wedge at the wider end of each triangle and roll tightly.

4️⃣ Bake

  • Arrange on a baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  • Brush with more butter and sprinkle chopped nuts (optional).
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
