Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
2 slices of sourdough or whole grain bread
2 eggs (fried, poached, or scrambled)
½ teaspoon lemon juice (to prevent browning)
Salt and pepper to taste
½ teaspoon olive oil (for cooking the eggs)
Red pepper flakes or everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro (optional)


Instructions

1️⃣ Toast the bread – Toast your bread in a toaster or a pan until golden brown and crispy.
