  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/2 cup granola

 

  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and slice the banana into small rounds. Gather all your ingredients for easy mixing.
  • Mix the Yogurt & Peanut Butter: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Stir well until fully mixed and smooth.
  • Add Banana Slices: Gently fold in the banana slices, making sure they stay intact.
  • Add Granola: Fold in the granola to add texture and crunch to the mixture.
  • Form Bites & Freeze: Scoop out small spoonfuls of the mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
