  • 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup Fruity Pebbles cereal, crushed

Instructions

1️⃣ Crush the Fruity Pebbles:

  • Use a food processor or a rolling pin to crush the cereal into fine crumbs.
  • For a smoother frosting, sift out larger pieces.

2️⃣ Whip the Butter:

  • Beat the softened butter with a hand or stand mixer for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.

3️⃣ Add Sugar & Flavorings:

  • Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing well.
  • Add vanilla extract and salt.

4️⃣ Incorporate the Heavy Cream:

  • Pour in heavy cream one tablespoon at a time, adjusting for desired consistency.

5️⃣ Fold in the Fruity Pebbles:

  • Gently mix the crushed cereal into the frosting.
  • If needed, chill for 10 minutes before piping.

Notes

Want a smoother texture? Crush the Fruity Pebbles into extra-fine crumbs.
Too thick? Add a tablespoon of milk to loosen it up.
Too thin? Add more powdered sugar to thicken.
For extra flavor, let the frosting sit for 10 minutes so the cereal softens.
