Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Dice the peaches into small pieces.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
4️⃣ Combine Everything
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches.
5️⃣ Bake the Cupcakes
- Divide batter into the cupcake liners (¾ full).
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let them cool completely before frosting.
6️⃣ Make the Frosting
- Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
- Add honey and vanilla extract, then mix in powdered sugar until smooth.
