Description

Indulge in the creamy, tangy, and sweet goodness of Key Lime Fudge! This no-bake treat brings together the perfect balance of rich white chocolate and refreshing lime, creating a dessert that’s sure to impress at any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll have a batch of irresistible fudge ready to enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz white chocolate (chips or chopped bar)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 23 tablespoons fresh key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • Sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Melt white chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate and butter, stirring constantly to avoid burning. Alternatively, use the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each.
  • Add condensed milk: Once the chocolate and butter are smooth, add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until fully combined.
  • Add lime juice and zest: Stir in the key lime juice and lime zest for that signature tart flavor.
  • Pour and set: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

  • Serve: Cut the fudge into small squares. Optionally, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt before serving.

Notes

  • For a tropical twist, add shredded coconut or graham cracker crumbs.
  • Make sure to use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
  • For a vegan version, swap out the white chocolate for dairy-free options and use coconut milk instead of sweetened condensed milk.

  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes (for melting)
