Description

  • 2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional, for dipping)
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (for coating, optional)

Optional Add-ins:

  • ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1 tsp espresso powder (for a mocha twist)
  • Zest of 1 orange (for a citrusy flavor)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Using a cookie scoop or spoon, form small 1-inch balls of the mixture.
  • Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Once chilled, coat the balls by either rolling them in shredded coconut or dipping them in melted chocolate.
  • Place the coated Moose Farts back in the fridge for another 30 minutes to set completely.
