- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional, for dipping)
- ½ cup shredded coconut (for coating, optional)
Optional Add-ins:
- ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 tsp espresso powder (for a mocha twist)
- Zest of 1 orange (for a citrusy flavor)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, form small 1-inch balls of the mixture.
- Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, coat the balls by either rolling them in shredded coconut or dipping them in melted chocolate.
- Place the coated Moose Farts back in the fridge for another 30 minutes to set completely.
