Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl.
  • Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired consistency—smooth or slightly chunky.
  • Add the lime juice, cilantro, onion, garlic, and jalapeños (if using). Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the diced tomato, corn, or mango if desired.
  • Give the guacamole one final stir and adjust the seasoning if needed.
