Description

These Strawberry Cheesecake Brownies combine fudgy brownies with a creamy cheesecake topping, all crowned with sweet, fresh strawberries. This dessert is a crowd-pleaser, offering the perfect blend of textures and flavors.

For the Brownie Layer:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

For the Strawberry Layer:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

  • 2 tbsp sugar


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan.

  • Mix together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla for the brownie layer.

  • Sift in the dry ingredients and combine. Pour into the pan.

  • Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and sour cream for the cheesecake layer. Spread over the brownie layer.

  • Toss the chopped strawberries with sugar and layer on top.

 

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • You can refrigerate the brownies for a firmer texture.

  • For a more marbled effect, swirl the strawberry mixture into the cheesecake layer.
