Ingredients
For the Brownie Layer:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
For the Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
For the Strawberry Layer:
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan.
Mix together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla for the brownie layer.
Sift in the dry ingredients and combine. Pour into the pan.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and sour cream for the cheesecake layer. Spread over the brownie layer.
Toss the chopped strawberries with sugar and layer on top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
You can refrigerate the brownies for a firmer texture.
For a more marbled effect, swirl the strawberry mixture into the cheesecake layer.
